Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2017, inter alia, will consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 and also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2017-18.Source : BSE
