THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BSNL has offered discount of up to 60 per cent on fixed monthly charges in November for its new or existing postpaid customers who pay their bills in advance for one year, six months or three months. The offer is applicable for most of its popular plans.

If paid in advance for one year, the discounts offered are Rs 2,925 (for Plan 325), Rs 2,205 (for Plan 525) and Rs 4,794 (for Plan 799). One-time settlement of pending or disputed bills at a flat discount of 25 per cent is also on offer against advance payment during November for subscribers having bills pending for more than four months.

Free data for all postpaid plans has also been enhanced. While the free data for Plan 525 will be 15,000 MB, Plan 799 will enjoy free data of 60 GB. Unlimited data without speed limit will be provided for Plan 1,525.

Activation or SIM charges for new postpaid connections will be waived off during November. Facilities have also been extended for R-Com/Tata Tele Services customers for migrating to BSNL through mobile number portability by visiting BSNL outlets.
