Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday urged the people of Himachal Pradesh to get rid of five monsters- mining mafia, forest mafia,drug mafia,tender mafia and transfer mafia- in the state.
PM Modi was addressing a public rally in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra ahead of assembly elections in November.

PM said, "Himachal Pradesh CM is embroiled in corruption yet Congress in manifesto says there will be zero tolerance for corruption. Even a child won't believe it."
In his tirade against the incumbent Congress-rule, he said, "There are 5 monsters in HP which we need to get rid off- Mining mafia,forest mafia,drug mafia,tender mafia and transfer mafia."

While striking a chord with local voters, Modi said that he had worked extensively in in the state and was very familiar with all cities and knew each and every street.

He further said that Congress has now become a laughing club, the party need to introspect as to why people are turning away from them across the country.
In Himachal Pradesh, PM Modi will address two rallies in Fatehpur constituency of Kangra district and Daula Kaun in Sirmaur district on November 2.
He will again visit the state on November 4 and 5 for a series of poll meetings to highlight the BJP's development agenda and the corruption issue against the Congress.
