Andhra Bank staff take part in walkathon

To create awareness on eradication of corruption

As part of the ongoing ‘Vigilance Awareness Week’ (from October 30 to November 4), Andhra Bank organised a series of activities aimed at raising socio-cultural awareness to eradicate corruption.

To make people aware, the bank authorities conducted elocution and essay writing competitions for students of schools and colleges in Vijayawada city.

Pledge

A collective pledge taken by the staff of all branches marked the inaugural on October 30.

Public and customers visiting the bank were also urged to take the online integrity pledge by visiting the bank website www.andhrabank.in.

On Wednesday, the officials and staff participated in a ‘Vigilance Awareness Walkathon’ from Tummalapalli Kalakshetram to PWD Ground. GM of the Vijayawada zone D. Chandramohan Reddy and 150-odd staff members from various city branches participated.
