Honda Siel Power Products' board meeting on November 16, 2017

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we do hereby inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 16, 2017 to consider and approve inter alia Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017.

The copy of Unaudited Financial Results shall be submitted within the stipulated time after the Board Meeting.

We further wish to inform you that 'Trading Window' shall remain closed from November 01, 2017 to November 18, 2017 (both days inclusive).

You are requested to take note of the same and notify your constituents accordingly.
