Jet Airways adopts Ind-AS; quarterly results by Dec 14

Under norms, it is required to submit the quarterly financial to the bourses within 45 days of the end of a particular quarter.

Since Ind-AS has been adopted from financial year 2017- 18, the company "may submit its financial for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 to the stock exchanges by December 14, 2017," it said in a filing.

The airline also said that the board meeting for the approval of for the September quarter is proposed to be held on or before December 14.
