It’s 14% for Khadim on Day 1
The IPO of Mahindra Logistics was subscribed almost 5.5 times on the last day of the sale on Thursday, stock exchange data showed.
The ₹830-crore IPO received investor bids for 10.69 crore shares, against the offer for 1.933 crore shares.. The company’s shareholders M&M, Normandy Holdings and Kedaara Capital AIF were selling a total 19.3 million shares, or 27.5 per cent stake, through the IPO.
Anchor investors subscribed to 57.6 lakh shares ahead of the IPO.
Khadim gets 14% on Day 1The initial public offering of Khadim India was subscribed 14 per cent on the first day of bidding on Thursday. Through the IPO, the company aims to raise ₹543 crore.
The public issue received bids for over 7.16 lakh shares against the total issue size of over 50.73 lakh shares, NSE data showed. Ahead of the IPO on Wednesday, Khadim India raised ₹163 crore from anchor investors which include Franklin India, UTI Mutual Fund, HSBC Global Investment Fund, Nomura Singapore, Sundaram Mutual Fund, Aurigin Master Fund, Principal Mutual Fund, Forefront Alternative Investment Trust, Birla Sunlife Insurance and IDFC Mutual Fund.
The IPO, which comprises a fresh issue of shares of up to ₹50 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 65.74 lakh shares by existing shareholders, closes on November 6.
New India Assurance CoThe IPO of New India Assurance Company was subscribed 1.07 times on the second day of bidding on Thursday.
The IPO, which aims to raise ₹9,600 crore, received bids for over 12.87 crore shares against the total issue size of 12 crore shares.
