Priyanka Chopra makes it to Forbes’ List of 100 Most Powerful Women 2017

Priyanka Chopra is unstoppable.

If you think Priyanka Chopra’s reign is even faintly over, you are mistaken. Hollywood’s desi girl impresses fans yet again by making her way to Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women List of 2017. Adding another feather to her cap, Priyanka is placed at the 97th spot on the full list of 100 Most Powerful Women which is headlined by Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of Germany.

Priyanka also found a place in 15 Most Powerful Women In Entertainment And Media 2017 list, which has names like Beyonce, Taylor Swift and JK Rowling among others.

Apart from being a terrific actor, Priyanka is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and has undoubtedly become one of the most successful Indian actors to venture in Hollywood. Last year, Priyanka had made her debut in the Forbes’ list of top 10 Highest Paid TV Actresses and this year too, she made it there at No 8. Talking about her home ground, she was also spotted at No 7 on Forbes’ list of highest paid male/female Bollywood actors.

Priyanka enjoys a huge popularity in India but now after her many years in Hollywood, she is a known face there as well. She became a household name with her TV show Quantico and is currently in New York shooting for the third season of the same. She also has Hollywood projects like A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t It Romantic? in her kitty.

Down home, Priyanka had recently ventured into producing with her production house Purple Pebble Pictures and has bankrolled several regional projects.
