Revealed: Release date of Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30

Hrithik Roshan to play Anand Kumar in Super 30.

Hrithik Roshan’s first biopic based on Pune based Mathematician Anand Kumar has now got a release date. The film, which was confirmed earlier this year, will hit the screens on November 23, 2018. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, “#Super30, the Anand Kumar biopic, to release on 23 Nov 2018… Stars Hrithik Roshan… Directed by Vikas Bahl. The Anand Kumar biopic starring Hrithik, is produced by Phantom and Reliance Entertainment.”

Anand Kumar has paved ways for many to gain IIT admissions. Under his institution called Super 30, Anand has made thousands of students dream come true with almost 100% success rate in getting admissions into IIT by cracking the exams. But the journey was surely not a cake walk and now his story is getting a celluloid version through Hrithik Roshan and director Vikas Bahl.

Anand shared on Facebook that the script is being discussed with Canadian writer of the book Super 30, Dr Biju Mathew. He wrote, “Dr Biju Mathew discussed the script with famed film director Vikas Bahl during a meeting in Mumbai and provided some valuable inputs.”

Earlier in an interview, Hrithik said, “I think cinema is a fantastic medium to bring out stories that are inspiring and empowering.”

 

There are rumours that Katrina Kaif would be starring opposite Hrithik. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
