Crude palm oil futures weaken 0.29% on sluggish demand

Press Trust of India  |  New Delhi

Crude palm prices eased by 0.29 per cent to Rs 548.20 per 10 kg in futures trade today as traders reduced exposure amid subdued demand at the spot market.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm for delivery in November month declined by Rs 1.60, or 0.29 per cent to Rs 548.20 per 10 kg in business turnover of 310 lots.

Analysts attributed the slide in curde palm futures to muted demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position.
