Manav Thakkar played to his form and reputation and
claimed a ‘double’ in the junior boys section of the 2017 ITTF World
Junior Circuit India Junior and Cadet Open here on Wednesday.
Thakkar defeated Singapore’s Yew En Koen Pang in five games to claim
the singles title. He teamed up with Manush Shah for the ‘doubles’
crown, too. Other Indian juniors and cadets disappointed on this day.
