With reference to the earlier letter dated October 12, 2017, regarding the date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on November 09, 2017 to consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Six months ended September 30, 2017, Menon Bearings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company may consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend on the paid-up equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 in its Board meeting scheduled on November 09, 2017.Source : BSE
