On October 31, 2017 Network Group Senior Professional Welfare Trust sold 1,10,00,000 shares of Network 18 Media & Investments at Rs 49.41 on the BSE.
On Tuesday, Network 18 Media & Investments ended at Rs 51.10, up Rs 1.85, or 3.76 percent on the BSE.
As per the BSE shareholding pattern, as on September 2017 the Network Group Senior Professional Welfare Trust was holding 1,59,22,729 equity shares (1.52 percent) in the company.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 59.25 and 52-week low Rs 30.50 on 26 July, 2017 and 27 December, 2016, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 13.76 percent below its 52-week high and 67.54 percent above its 52-week low.
