Navayuga Real’s Tablespace created in collaboration with PurpleYo opened in May, marking a partnership in creating premium working spaces with a co-working vibe. The business centre on Gachibowli-Miyapur road offers a sociable plug-and-play working environment with all the perks a techie can enjoy.
PurpleYo and Tablespace managing director Karan Chopra describes the unique collaboration between Navayuga Real and PurpleYo, “At PurpleYo, we understand through data what’s needed in the real estate market and when we understand that, demands are pushed.” And given Hyderabad’s business boom, Tablespace has come at the right time.

Karan explains more Tablespaces will come up all over the country in urban sites such as Mumbai and Gurgaon. While Navayuga Real locked down the landlords who invest in the fitouts and capital, PurpleYo brings in the technology, the design courtesy SAB Architects, security protocols and more.
Pankaj Nath who oversees the space adds, “The USP of Tablespace is for bigger businesses to bring their teams here. We have Conduit here from Xerox and they’re enjoying the space.” So Tablespace isn’t necessarily for entrepreneurs with slimmer wallets given the more upmarket rents for the space.

Design in mind

Comfort is the key at Tablespace. Open seating is the key concept, says Pankaj Nath who observed the space from when it first opened its doors to its current capacity. With warm-toned wood and black steel accents, Tablespace is given a milennial focus. Corridors feature black metal European-style lamplights and emphasis is given to the swathe of natural light the place offers. According to Pankaj, the aim is for people not to feel like they’re walled in.
“The location is really great as well,” adds Pankaj, “We are based near Outer Ring Road so a lot of people who come from the airport can reach here without the hassle of traffic.” It’s funnily in the same building as the new Hyderabad Central, which adds to the more casual ambience of the space— after all, you never know when you may need a new watch to keep yourself on time for work.
