Two kids were electrocuted while playing outside in the rain at Kodungaiyur in Chennai today.

Bhavana (7) and Yuvashri (8) were studying in third standard at the nearby government school. As the state declared a holiday due to rain, the children went outside to play.

The kids were electrocuted when they stepped onto an electric cable that was snapped and fell into water.
