Yeddyurappa rubbishes Siddaramaiah’s statement against PM

Reacting to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s statement that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was attacking him because he is afraid of his political strength, state BJP president B.S. Yeddyurappa said it was “the height of foolishness” for Mr. Siddaramaiah to think so.

After visiting Siddaganga Mutt in Tumakuru on Tuesday, Mr.Yeddyurappa alleged that Mr. Siddaramaiah was displaying “arrogance of power and running the administration like a dictator.”

He alleged that the CM had insulted the religious sentiments of the devotees of Dharmasthala by telling that he visited the temple after eating fish and chicken.

Mr. Yeddyurappa, while said he would file a defamation case against Mr. Siddaramaiah for making false statements against him.
