Coralville, IA – October 30, 2017 – Marriott International announced today that the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Coralville, Iowa is scheduled to open this Tuesday, October 31, 2017. The 102-suite hotel, located at 1001 25th Avenue, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Hotel 1001 Operations, Inc. and managed by Asset Management Services, Inc.

The SpringHill Suites Coralville is located just 15 miles from The Eastern Iowa Airport – Cedar Rapids, and steps away from the Coral Ridge Mall. The hotel offers guests convenient access to the University of Iowa, Iowa Children’s Museum and the Hawkeye Express Train to Kinnick Stadium. Rates begin at $119 per night.
