Former minister and leader today alleged that the state and central governments had failed on all fronts and that the security situation in had gone from bad to worse.

The state Congress's senior vice president was speaking at a function here to remember former prime minister Indira Gandhi on her death anniversary.


"The security situation is very bad in It has gone from bad to worse due to the failure of the on all fronts," he said.

The leader said that she will always be remembered as a leader of the masses and recalled her role in the Shimla agreement.

Party men and women should remain committed and strengthen the principles for which lived and "sacrificed" her life, he said.
