THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will announce the Thanal project, aimed at supporting children from the marginalised sections of society and bring them to the society’s mainstream, on November 1.
The project conceived by the State Child Welfare Council will be announced by Pinarayi, along with the toll-free number, at the Chief Minister’s chamber at 9.30 am.
