We kindly want to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 30, 2017, have accorded their consent to appoint Ms. Pooja Chugh as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2017.

With reference to the captioned subject, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 30th October, 2017, have accorded their consent to appoint Ms. Pooja Chugh as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 30th October, 2017 pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Further, the Board took note of the resignation of Mr. Harkesh Kumar Allagh, from the position of Managing Director as well as Director of the Company.
Considering it as a material information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to submit the same.
You are requested to take note of the same and make necessary changes in your records.
