Indian arm of Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Suzuki Motorcycle is going to launch its Suzuki Intruder 150 in India during the month of November, and the pictures of the bike has been leaked online by a media site.
Suzuki Intruder 150 will most probably be launched on November 7.
According to the news site, this small cruiser bike will get the same 155cc engine of the Suzuki Gixxer series, however with a few minor tweaking.
As per the leaked pictures, Intruder 150 sports a muscular look with big headlamps and twin exhaust canisters. It is most likely to come equipped with ABS (anti-lock braking system).
In the Intruder series, Suzuki currently has M1800R and 2016 M1800R BOSS Edition big bikes in India. While Suzuki Intruder M1800R costs Rs 16.45 lakh, 2016 Suzuki Intruder M1800R BOSS Edition has been priced at Rs 15.95 lakh (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
Suzuki Motorcycle India’s upcoming launch is going to compete with the likes of Bajaj Avenger 150, and has chances of getting priced within Rs 90,000.
Without going any further, let’s take a look at how tough the competition is going to be, between the two bikes, by getting a little insight about Bajaj Avenger 150.
Bajaj Avenger Street 150 has a 150cc Twin Spark, 2 valve, DTS-i engine with 14.54PS of maximum output and 12.5Nm of maximum torque. The bike measures 2177mm X 801mm X 1070mm.
Its prices start from Rs 80,960 (ex-showroom Delhi).
