A shocking CCTV footage from Haridwar has emerged where a group of 5 people are seen brutally beating a person. Rashid Ali, the victim has been hospitalized in the hospital after he was injured in the attack. In his statement the victim has identified 2 of his attackers while the other 3 were unknown to him. An FIR has been registered and inquiry launched into the incident by the police.
