New Delhi: Tushar Gandhi, great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, has moved the Supreme Court, opposing the reopening of the assassination case of Mahatma Gandhi.

Amicus curiae Amrender Sharan sought four weeks’ time, saying he is yet to receive documents from the National Archives. Supreme Court questioned the locus of Tushar Gandhi in the case.
