Akshita Vikram, daughter of Tamil actor Chiyaan Vikram, and Manu Ranjith, from the Rangathan family of Cavin Kare got hitched on Monday. Ranjith is also great grandson of DMK supremo M Karunanidhi.

Pictures of the couple posing with the DMK supremo went viral on Twitter. Actor Vikram is also seen along with them.

As reported by the Hindustan Times, the wedding took was a low-key affair with only family members. The actor's family have planned a bigger reception and will invite many stars from Kollywood.
