Golf outing raises $13K for Ronald McDonald House

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announced a check for more than $13,600 was presented to the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. The funds were raised by the attendees, sponsors and advertisers of the third annual Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares Harry C. Caparo, Jr. Memorial Golf Outing, which was hosted by Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Preferred.

Held at the Plymouth Country Club in Plymouth Meeting, local sponsors and more than 225 guests participated in the event. It featured a full day of golf, tennis, a paint and wine activity, casino games and entertainment, followed by dinner, an awards ceremony and raffle.

The golf outing was held in honor of the late Harry C. Caparo Jr., who in 1976 founded what is today known as Coldwell Banker Preferred.

“We are so pleased to support the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, which provides significant care to countless families in need,” Krieger said. “The sponsors, agents and employees went above and beyond, and I thank them for their dedication and incredible generosity in Harry’s name.”

The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House supports families of seriously ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope. Their programs include two Ronald McDonald Houses, two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a Hospitality Kiosk at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and a Ronald McDonald Camp. The organization is built on the foundation of providing holistic support to families, which enables them to stay together and remain focused on the health and well-being of their seriously ill child.

Weichert associates recognized for sales accomplishments

Deborah “Debbie” Smith, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Whitemarsh office, recognized sales associates Shirley Williams, Justin Reeves, Juanita Leysath and Patti Hoban for their individual success in September.

Williams was the sales associate in the Whitemarsh office with the most listings during the month, while Reeves led for sales and revenue units. Leysath had the most marketed listings in the Whitemarsh office, and Hoban was tops in dollar volume in September.

Sales associates named five star agents

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors congratulates local sales associates who have been named by Five Star Professional as one of the Greater Philadelphia Area recipients of the 2017 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award.

Five Star Professional partnered with Philadelphia Magazine to conduct research to identify a select group of real estate agents who are exceptional in both their ability and their commitment to overall satisfaction. Award candidates are identified through evaluations completed by consumers.

To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. The award process is conducted annually in each market.
