In Lakki’s movie, the Century Star will be seen in three shades and the plot will carry a social message. The title is crucial because the filmmakers are keen on a name that will hook the audience instantly and stay in their mind till the film’s release. We learnt today that film is to be out with a rather quirky title.

Lakki Gopal’s directorial debut with Shivarajkumar will be titled SRK. Shivarajkumar fans call him SRK of Kannada industry and South India, and the title will be reference to that. “We believe that it will sit well with the audience,” says our source from the production team, adding that Lakki came up with this for his uncle.

Kiran Kumar, a fan of Shivarajkumar, will also enter the film industry with this movie, as the producer of SRK.  While the title launch will take place this week, Lakki will kickstart work on this film between March and April 2018. The filmmakers plan to have a photoshoot done before that and then they will share more details.

SRK will have music by Ajaneesh Lokanath of Kirik Party fame and cinematography by Naveen Kumar. Interestingly, the film will have dialogues written by director Chethan Kumar, who is basking in the success of Bharjari.
