Gujarat State Petronet's board meeting held on November 13, 2017

Sub: Notice of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017, inter-alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2017.

Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 3rd November, 2017 to 15th November, 2017, i.e. 10 days prior to and 2 days after the day on which the price sensitive information is published in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider of the Company.
