Security guard commits suicide in Jaisalmer

JAISALMER: A security guard deployed at a windmill energy company near Bheekhasar village in Jaisalmer shot himself to death on Friday. Police are investigating the matter.

According to information, the incident took place under Sangad police station area. On Friday morning, a body was found near the wind energy plant and police was informed. The security guard was identified as Rudaram, resident of Anupgarh.

The body was handed over to the family members after post-mortem.

SP Gaurav Yadav said the deceased was disturbed over some family issue and had told his colleagues about the same many times. Prima facie, he took the extreme step due to family problems, but police are investigating the case.
