Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik delivered the keynote address at the State of the State Conclave Odisha and unveiled the state report- what Odisha has achieved, what they have done and what needs to be worked upon.

"We have taken the 3Ts as our guiding principle - technology, transparency and teamwork - to bring about transformation in the lives of our people," said Naveen Patnaik.

India Today's annual State of the States (SoS) survey has emerged as a benchmark for analyzing the performance of the provinces - the primary units of governance. "State of State" is a step ahead of the SoS survey where an X-ray view of each state is prepared, and a micro-analysis at the district, city, town and village level is done.
