Industrial oils recover on renewed demand
Mumbai, Oct 27 (PTI) Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial recovered at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following renewed demand from soaps and shippers industries.
Refined palmolein also edged up owing to rising demand from retail buyers.
While, groundnut oil slipped due to subdued demand from stockists and retailers.
Meanwhile, linseeds oil remained stable in absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 90 per 100kg to Rs 4,690 from Thursday's close Rs 4,600 and castoroil commercial went-up by Rs 18 per 10kg to Rs 968 as against Rs 950 yesterday.
Linseeds oil closed unchanged Rs 750 per 10kg.
Moving to the edible section, refined palmolein edged up by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 600 as compared from yesterday's close Rs 598, but groundnut oil moved down by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 905 from Rs 910 respectively. PTI BPD MR
