Law student harassed by sister’s hubby

Nagpur: A 23-year-old LLB final year student was molested by her elder sister's husband on the family court premises on Thursday.
The woman gone to the court with her sister who has filed a divorce case. The sisters were waiting in the balcony at around 2pm when the man misbehaved with his wife in front of onlookers. The survivor intervened to stop him but the accused molested her.
Sources in the Sitabuldi police station, where the case has lodged, said the CCTV cameras installed on the premises would be checked during investigation. An offence of outraging modesty has been registered against the accused Firoz Sheikh (33), who lives near Tajbagh.
Court officials told TOI, "It was lunch time. The two sisters and the man were standing in the balcony. Nobody knows what exactly happened. The sisters shouted at the man, who too verbally abused them. A security guard approached them immediately to control the situation."
The cops said Sheikh grabbed the woman's hand and touched her chest as well as back in front of onlookers. Sheikh alleged that the survivor convinced her sister to get separated from him, which made him furious.
The sisters had come with their father and Sheikh also brought his family for hearing. After the incident, the sisters approached the police and filed a complaint.
