The Harbour police have pasted notice at the house of YSRCP leader from Kurmannapalem and realtor Dama Subbarao, mentioning that his attendance is required to give evidence in murder case of rowdy-sheeter Kopperla Satyanarayana Raju alias Gedela Raju.
It was learnt that police have suspected his involvement in the case, which is yet to be proved.
In the preliminary interrogation, the police had reportedly questioned Subbarao and have also given conditional permission to be available in the case.
However, Dama Subbarao had gone missing for the last couple of days. Police on Wednesday attached notices at Subbarao's house asking his attendance by 10 am on Oct 25 at any cost.
In the notice they also warned that in case of neglect or refusal to attend, he would be liable for punishment under section 174 of IPC.
