A sessions court in Visnagar issued non-bailable warrants against Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) leader Hardik Patel and Sardar Patel Group (SPG) leader Lalji Patel for not appearing in court for the hearings.

Speaking to ET, Lalji Patel said that while he had missed only the last hearing, Hardik was not present for past three hearings.

“Probably for the first time in the country that a warrant is issued for missing a single hearing,” Patel said adding that he is all ready to get arrested.

“We shall see what happens next and deal with it,” he added.
