Denis Chem Lab: Outcome of board meeting
The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. October 25, 2017 has allotted 21,34,872 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, issued at a price of Rs. 84/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 74/- per share) on rights Basis ranking pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
Pursuant to the approval received upon finalising the basis of allotment from BSE Limited (being the Designated Stock Exchange), the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. 25th October, 2017 has allotted 21,34,872 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, issued at a price of Rs. 84/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 74/- per share) on rights Basis ranking pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.Source : BSE
