Bosch's board meeting held on November 10, 2017

In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby give notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30.09.2017.

We would also like to inform that trading window will re-open on 13.11.2017.
