Youth held with ganja, released
TNN | Oct 25, 2017, 03:36 ISTColva: The Colva police arrested Marvin Azavedo, 19, in possession of 104g of narcotic substance suspected to be ganja worth Rs 10,000 in the open market.
PSI Raikar said that he nabbed the accused at Betalbatim beach on October 23, at 8.15pm. On conducting a personal search they found the substance on his possession.
On questioning him, the accused confessed he is a consumer of the narcotic substance and buys it from various individuals hailing from north-east and Kolkata. He was subsequently released on October 24 by the court.
