NEW DELHI: Shares of Agro Phos India (down 11.74 per cent), Ace Integrated Solutions (down 11.09 per cent), Reliable Data Services (down 11.03 per cent), Samtel Color (down 10 per cent) and Shekhawati Poly (down 10 per cent) cracked over 10 per cent on NSE in the afternoon session of Monday.

Stocks such as Uttam Value Steels (down 9.09 per cent), Optiemus Infra (down 8.36 per cent), Nandani Creation (down 7.32 per cent), Steel City Securities (down 7.05 per cent), Omfurn India (down 6.51 per cent), Servotech Power Systems (down 6.45 per cent) and Lanco Infratech (down 5.88 per cent) declined over 5 per cent.

Equity benchmarks were firm, backed by IT, realty and bank stocks.

The Nifty50 index was trading 13 points up at 10,160, while Sensex was 41 points up at 32,431 around 2.30 pm (IST).

In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks were trading in the green, while 25 stocks were in the red.

Shares of Bharti Airtel, UltraTech Cement, Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank, Ambuja Cements, Hero MotoCorp, Coal India, Adani Ports SEZ, HCL Tech, State Bank of India, Infosys and Wipro were among the top gainers in the Nifty50 index.

However, Bharti Infratel, UPL, Cipla, Axis Bank, HDFC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Finance, YES Bank, Lupin, Hindustan Unilever, Bosch and Indiabulls Housing Finance were among the top losers.

On the NSE, 791 stocks were advancing, compared with 893 stocks declining and 295 stocks remaining unchanged.
