Married woman hangs self

Rajkot: A woman committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence in Yuvrajnagar Society near Aji Dam on Sunday morning. Police identified the deceased as Daya Gamara (28).
Police said that her husband Bhala Gamara did not know that the police were supposed to be informed about the case and took Daya's body to his native place in Jasdan where he was told that the police had to be informed.
When he informed Jasdan police station, they in turn alerted the Aji Dam police officials who secured the body on Sunday evening. Probe revealed that Daya had ended her life as she was tired of domestic quarrels.
