The University of Agricultural Sciences-Bangalore (UAS-B) will organise an international conference on ‘Silicon Solution to Sustainable Agriculture’ from October 24 to 28.

It is for the first time that an international conference on the subject is being organised in India. Around 100 scientists from abroad and 120 from India will present their papers. Minister for Agriculture Krishna Byre Gowda will inaugurate the conference.
