LaSalle Hotel Properties saw a 79.6% decline in net income to $31.1 million primarily due to challenges as a result of resort closeures from hurricanes and growing hotel supply and less citywide demand in our markets. Excluding Key West, the Company’s third quarter RevPAR decreased 3.6%.
