The Telangana government sanctioned Rs 102.8 crore on Friday towards loans for self-employed persons belonging to backward classes.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao signed on the concerned file on Friday, a state government release said.
The sanctioned loan amount, to be offered on subsidy (to the self-employed), would benefit 12,218 people, it said.
