Ducati unveils 2018 Ducati Monster 821, price expected to be over Rs 10 lakh
Priced at over Rs 10 Lakh, the bike will be revealed at the Ducati World Premier that will be held on 5th November

Ducati has unveiled its latest motorbike i.e. 2018 edition Monster 821. The new entry-level model which comes 25 years after the launch of the iconic Monster 900 model from the Italian manufacturer, comes with several upgrades and will make its global debut next month.
Powered by a twin-cylinder Desmodromic Testastretta engine that comes with a 6-speed gearbox, the bike gives an output of 109 hp with 9,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 86 Nm.
On the design front, the new motorbike comes with a unique combination of classic and contemporary features. Agile and slim, the model is visually appealing. While reminding of the old circular design, the new edition comes with modern front headlights that use halogen light source with "horseshoe" LED parking lights.

Priced at over Rs 10 Lakh, the bike will be revealed at the Ducati World Premier that will be held on 5th November. Coming in three colour variants i.e. yellow, black and red, the bike is expected to go on sale in India by next year. The motorbike, which has a great legacy behind it, is bound to provide tough competition to models like Kawasaki Z900 and the new Triumph Street Triple RS.
