The lights of Paris' Eiffel Tower were turned off at midnight (2200GMT) on Monday (October 16) in a tribute to the victims killed in a twin bomb explosion in Mogadishu, Somalia's capital. Somali officials said on Monday that more than 300 people lost their lives in the deadliest attack to ever hit the country.
