Advanced Enzyme Technologies on Tuesday informed the exchanges that it has dissolved its step-down overseas subsidiary Enzyfuel Innovation Inc. The company said, since the California-based subsidiary is non-operative, it has dissolved the company voluntarily. Enzyfuel Innovation Inc, incorporated in 2015, was supposed to offer enzymes and enzyme-based products in the energy sector. Shares of Advanced Enzyme closed flat at ₹265.75 on the NSE.
