It is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October, 16 2017, inter-alia considered and approved and taken on record the following:-
1. Approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June, 30 2017, in Compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
2. Approved and review the Related Party transactions of the Previous and Upcoming Quarter by the audit Committee and Board members of the Company.
3. Adopt and review all the resolutions those passed by Circulation during the period from 10th June 2017 to 09- October 2017.
