Both Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were released today from Dasna jail after being acquitted in the Aarushi murder case and the scenes outside the prison as well as their homes were truly unbelievable. There were crowds gathered there in huge numbers just to catch a glimpse of the couple making for a scene that belied belief. It was indeed a moment which a lot of people waited for almost four years and when the two came out people gathered in hundreds to witness the moment. Police escorted the couple to Nupur’s parents’ house in Noida’s Jalvayu Vihar, along with a huge crowd including media personnel, some relatives, lawyers and people who supported the couple and bystanders too.
A video released by news agency ANI goes ahead to show that from the very moment both Rajesh and Nupur Talwar walked out of the jail premises, media and other people rushed to the spot. The couple then was accompanied by at least 10-15 policemen who escorted them home. The real havoc started when Talwars reached their residence in Noida where reporters and cameramen were already present in large numbers. The video shows how difficult it became for police to manage the situation as everyone wanted a statement from Talwars. It almost looked like a small stampede which made it tough for the couple to enter their own house.

After being pushed and forcefully asked to comment, restless Rajesh Talwar told reporters to calm down. In the video he can be heard saying – “Please wait.. please wait, I will talk to you in detail.” And this was when the couple finally managed to enter the building, but not before a lot of pushing and shoving.
