Amitabh Bachchan’s Maldives vacation photos will give you travel goals

Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his birthday in Maldives.

Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday was quite a private affair this year. The actor, who did not want to celebrate his 75th birthday at all, went on a short vacation with his family, including wife Jaya Bachchan, son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, granddaughter Aradhya Bachchan, daughter Shweta Nanda and granddaughter Navya Nanda. Some reports suggested that the birthday celebrations destination was Maldives but the Bachchans did not divulge any details. In fact, even Big B kept all of it a secret on his blog, where he usually tells it all to his fans.

But now, we have caught hold of some family pictures of Bachchans from the mini-vacation, and we cannot keep calm about it. In the picture, Aishwarya, Aradhya, Abhishek, Navya and Jaya pose for the camera with a bright smile on their faces along with Amitabh Bachchan who can be seen sporting an army jacket. Well, we wish we could get more glimpses of the birthday boy and his family.

Talking about the surprise party, Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog, “an air of surprises awaits me .. a secrecy that takes me to my office instead of home and there in the middle of the staircase, an extraordinary moment when some dear and talented friends reveal a device as ancient as technology itself, but also one that takes much much more than what we had ever imagined to be .. to see it is to believe .. and that is all that shall be revealed.”

Big B at present is busy with his television game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 9. He is also shooting for his upcoming film, Thugs of Hindostan, in which he would share screen space with Aamir Khan for the first time.
