
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, on Sunday, stated that issues with China have been resolved and that the neighbouring country has understood the strength of India, as per a tweet by ANI. He said that India has changed and has become very powerful in recent times. He was referring to the recent stand-off between the India and the China in Doklam region. Rajnath, who is on a two-day visit to his constituency Lucknow, during his address, also said that India has been able to stop infiltration attempts by Pakistan. He slammed Pakistan for its “impious” activities against India. He said, “Pak tries to send terrorists to our side. We have succeeded in finishing off 5-10 of them every single time. India is not weak anymore.” He said that Pakistan has completely failed in their attempts to import terrorism to our country.

Hailing PM Narendra Modi, Rajnath said, “Our Prime Minister has set a target to end poverty in the country by 2022 which will be fulfilled by our government.” He also said that for the first time, the country has got a prime minister who has decided that right to knock on the doors of big banks should not be limited only to big companies and billionaires like ‘Tata, Birla and Ambani’ and that even the poor must be allowed to approach them for loans.
