Kabsons Industries: Outcome of AGM

Kabsons Industries Limited has submitted the 25th Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17 as required under regulation 34 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 5.39 and 52-week low Rs 2.65 on 06 April, 2017 and 17 January, 2017, respectively.

Currently, it is trading 12.8 percent below its 52-week high and 77.36 percent above its 52-week low.
