Uber cab rams bike on Hosur Road Flyover; one dead, another seriously injured

Around 12 pm on Saturday afternoon an Uber Cab travelling at high speed towards Electronic City lost control and hit the side wall and then a bike on Hosur Road - Elevated Flyover.

As a result of the impact, the rider and the pillion on the bike were thrown off the elevated flyover. One of them died on the spot and another is battling for his life at St John's Hospital.

Accused cab driver ran away leaving the damaged car behind. Documents from the car have been recovered. Uber is being contacted by the police to reveal the identity of the accused driver.
